*Chapter 1: Chillin' at the Pool*
As the long hot summer wore on late into the season, most people would be found in their pools, or homes to keep cool without wearing out their AC units.
In the city of Burbank, California, and in one of the many public establishments, was a large below-ground pool with enough space to accommodate quite a large number of people. With the outdoor conditions being as they were, one would expect it to be a relaxing and refreshing day whilst escaping the heat.
"HEY! NO CANNONBALLS!!"
Lars, the Public Pool Lifeguard was certainly making people's lives more difficult by obnoxiously blowing his whistle and demanding that the guests follow his equally obnoxious long list of rules with restricting cannonballs being among them. Most of which were quite unreasonable.

She could hardly believe what her eyes were telling her. She also hardly could contain her excitement and gratitude to the elderly squirrel that causally sat in her blue and doily adorned arm chair.
Now there was just one issue that remained which brought a mischievous smile to her features.

*Chapter 5: Quality Time with Wakko Warner*
Rem was alone in the Water Tower with Wakko while Yakko and Dot were off doing other things. The middle Warner was running around back and forth gathering various things from all over the Tower. Rem was lying in her bed nearly bored to tears. There wasn't much anything interesting on to watch on TV. And because of the current heat wave going on in Burbank, she wasn't at all interested in going outdoors, although she'd seen worse.
Much worse, actually. Probably could cook an egg on the sidewalk in Palm Springs.
Then towards her right, Wakko swiped a table lamp and ran off with it. Rem's eyes followed him towards the massive set up that had built since earlier morning. Finally, as she felt she had nothing else to do, the lavender clad toon girl joined her red-capped peer.
"Okay, I'll bite." she said. "What's this supposed to be?"
"Wait, and you'll see." Wakko told her with a big wide grin.
He then zipped around,
